Travelling to Lebanon in autumn, a very good idea
The best seasons to visit Lebanon are spring and autumn, when you should avoid the heat that can be extreme in summer. Several types of holidays are available: a city break in Beirut for the party-goers, a holiday in the footsteps of history with visits to archaeological sites such as Byblos, Tyre, Baalbek or Saida. On the heritage side, don't miss a visit to the former capital of the Emirate of Mount Lebanon, Beiteddine, and its palace.

Discover Sweden in All Saints' Day
Visit Sweden on All Saints' Day and discover the country's different landscapes in shades of orange, yellow and ochre. The atmosphere in Stockholm at Halloween time, with very short days and a spooky atmosphere at night, is worth a visit.
Good to know: In Sweden, All Saints' Day is not celebrated on a fixed date, but takes place every year on a Saturday between 31 October and 6 November. For "Alla helgons dag", Swedes light candles in memory of their deceased and go to the cemetery. In the capital, the Skogskyrkogården cemetery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is visited by many people on this occasion.

Few tourists and mild temperatures: autumn, like spring, is the ideal season for a trip to Turkey, where the sometimes sweltering summer heat gives way to a climate conducive to a sunny holiday.
This is an opportunity to explore Istanbul, the cultural capital listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site since 1985, to discover Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace and the Stamboulian bazaars, but also to take a cruise on the Bosphorus.

Romania
Although it is not necessarily a destination that comes to mind immediately when you think of the All Saints' Day holidays, Romania is a pleasant country to visit in the first frosty days of autumn. Greece and its islands in All Saints' Day
Late October and early November is the perfect time to take off for Greece, which tourists tend to leave behind after the summer. In the off-season, the idyllic beaches are still pleasant, with plenty of sunshine.
Our advice? Choose the Greek islands of Crete, Corfu, Rhodes and Santorini, which are crowded with travellers in the summer months. This way you can discover the small villages, sit quietly in their taverns and enjoy the sea... maybe with a little wool on!

Costa Rica
The ideal time to visit Costa Rica is during the dry season, between December and April, but going there in November allows you to benefit from low prices, while taking advantage of a mild climate and a lower number of visitors than in the high season. Beware: you may still experience some rain...
That said, this is not enough to prevent you from discovering the must-see places such as the Monteverde cloud forest, the Manuel Antonio National Park, Montezuma or the coffee plantations of the Central Valley.
Kenya
In the east of Africa, Kenya enjoys a very sunny weather all year round, and has two dry seasons - one between December and March (summer), the other, which corresponds to winter, between July and October.
