Camping for Millionaires
Luxury at its Finest! This is the World's Most Expensive Motorhome
Those who enjoy living luxuriously and have the spare cash don't have to give that up while traveling. An Austrian manufacturer offers the world's most expensive motorhome.
Anyone who has been to a campsite will recognize them, the gigantic motorhomes that look more like city buses than a home on wheels. But these aren't even the most luxurious on the market. Marchi Mobile GmbH offers a blend of private jet and luxury yacht, making it the world's most expensive motorhome.
70-Square-Meter Luxury Apartment on Wheels
The motorhome named eleMMent Palazzo Superior already stands out from the outside with its unique design and the nose resembling a mix of helicopter, American truck, and sports car. The windshield is particularly crazy, as designer Luigi Colani found inspiration from a helicopter.
Interior Design in Baroque Style
Inside, there are 70 square meters of living space, equivalent to an average three-room apartment. The integrated sofa is four meters long, and there's a bar, a wine cabinet, a large TV, and an open kitchen.
And what would luxury be without a comfortable bed? Of course, it's not just any bed, but a king-size one, 'handcrafted by the official supplier to the English Queen,' as the representatives write.
Because a TV in the living room isn't enough, there is one in the bedroom as well, along with a vanity and a wellness area with a 1.5-square-meter rain shower. The entire interior decor is also special, as it is designed in a Baroque style, with everything adorned in white and gold - definitely a matter of taste.
If you thought that was it for luxury, you'd be wrong. Because what's a luxury apartment without a terrace? The luxury motorhome also has one. The so-called Sky Lounge can be extended, raising the giant mobile's height from four to six meters. A protective railing can also be extended, and the lounge furniture is integrated, complete with underfloor heating.
Price is in the Million Range
For water supply and toilet facilities, there are enormous tanks that make frequent refilling and disposal unnecessary - although there's likely staff for that anyway. The fresh and wastewater tanks each hold 800 liters, while the sewage tank holds 250 liters.
All of this sounds incredibly luxurious and comfortable, and it surely is, but not every corner of the world can be explored with it, as such a massive vehicle doesn't fit on every road. Therefore, it's essential to check in advance whether planned routes can accommodate a vehicle the size of an intercity bus.
And how much does this fun cost? The luxury motorhome, available in white and gold, costs a whopping 2 million euros. Deliveries can even be made to Dubai.
