For those wanting more space: The 1,200-square-foot, two-story apartments cost starting at 3.4 million USD. These have two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and bathroom, along with a living area and balconies.

Owners can cruise for 25 years as often as they like. They can also rent out the apartment, which might help cover the monthly maintenance fees. According to the luxury broker Compass Florida, these are between eight and ten percent of the purchase price.

The ship is also expected to have fitness and sports decks with a gym, boxing rings, a golf course, and soccer simulators, as well as a pool next to the cruise ship.
