1 - Sabaudia Beach, Sabaudia
In the shadow of Mount Circeo and immersed in the Circeo National Park is Sabaudia beach with its soft dunes 25 kilometres long. It is characterised by fine sand, thick vegetation and its protected dunes.
Sabaudia's long sandy shore, awarded the blue flag, has many free areas and very quiet bathing establishments(Lilandà, Le Streghe, Saporetti). Moreover, the sea tends to be rough and the beach windy, so it is perfect for surfing and kite surfing. Not to be missed is Cala del Prigioniero and its cave, located in the Circeo Promontory.

2 - Spiaggia dei Sassolini, Minturno
The Sassolini beach, surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean scrub, is located in a small inlet to the west of the Torre di Scauri. Obviously, the name is due to the fact that it consists of ochre-coloured pebbles mixed with sand and is washed by a transparent sea. There is both a bathing establishment and a public beach, and it is famous for appearing in some scenes from 'The Count of Montecristo' and the film'per grazia ricevuta' by Nino Manfredi.

3 - Spiaggia dell'Angolo, Sperlonga
L'Angolo beach is located near the remains of the Villa of Tiberius in Sperlonga and is one of the most beautiful stretches of free beach with its golden sand and primitive charm, considering that thick vegetation grows behind it. The sea is crystal clear and the sloping seabed is rich in flora and fauna, perfect for diving.

4 - Cala Nave, Ventotene Island
Among Ventotene's most beautiful beaches is Cala Nave , one of Latium's Blue Flag award-winning beaches. It features a small tongue of dark sand alternating with gravel. A large rock and a stacks make this jewel a wonderful place to discover.
Cala Nave is equipped and suitable for children, thanks to its seabed that remains shallow for many metres, and its calm, transparent sea.

5 - Serapo Beach, Gaeta
Serapo beach, one of Latium's main Blue Flag award-winning beaches, is the main beach in the municipality of Gaeta and is very sandy. In summer it is particularly crowded and the bathing establishments are full, while the free stretches are very small. The scenery is suggestive, with shallow waters and hills all around. From the beach you can admire'la Nave di Serapo', a rock whose shape resembles that of a ship.

6 - Chiaia di Luna, Ponza Island
Chiaia di Luna is the most famous and scenic beach on the island of Ponza. The shape recalls that of a crescent moon and the fine, white gravel ensures the bright turquoise colour of the water: ideal for bathing and swimming.
This amazing place is only accessible by sea and the bathing service is only present along the eastern stretch of the beach. The rest is pure nature!

8 - Cala del Porto, Palmarola Island
Cala del Porto or Spiaggia della Maga Circe (Beach of the Maga Circe), on the island of Palmarola, is made of sand and stones, dotted with tuff caves and protected by the tall Faraglione di San Silverio. The crystal-clear sea and the contrast with the stones of the sandy shore enhance its colours: it is truly fascinating and wild!

9 - Lido dei Gigli beach, Anzio
Lido dei Gigli is part of the municipality of Anzio and is a free sandy beach, with no establishments or restaurants, just lots of greenery and an integrity of fauna and flora to admire. Its sand is golden and there are dunes up to twenty metres high. It is a perfect area for those who want to spend a few hours relaxing by the sea.

10 - 300 steps beach, Gaeta
Between the towns of Gaeta and Sperlonga, along the Via Flacca is the Spiaggia dei 300 Gradini (or dell'arenauta), with golden sand and crystal clear sea, and behind it rocks and vegetation. It is accessible via a paid path consisting of about 300 steps.
In the western half there are bathing establishments, while the rest is free. One part is frequented by naturists, namely the left side, referred to as the'last beach'. The place is quiet and very charming.
Where is it located: southern coast near Gaeta. To get there, you need a car. Drive along the Flacca road to Sperlonga and then beyond, passing Gaeta and the Piana di Sant'Agostino -
