Jamaica Beach

Dream at Lake Garda: Jamaica Beach is located at the northernmost end of Sirmione.

The name itself sounds like a promise: Jamaica Beach at the northernmost end of Sirmione is one of the most popular beaches on Lake Garda. The name came about because the water here appears turquoise due to white stone slabs leading into the lake.

Sirmione is located on a peninsula that extends about four kilometers into Lake Garda. The views of the lake and the surrounding area are particularly beautiful.

The setting somewhat compensates for the fact that Jamaica Beach is not the easiest to reach. You can either rent a boat or walk over some very rough paths.

But it's worth it: The water is shallow, making it a popular spot for families with children. In summer, however, Jamaica Beach is very crowded.

Lido delle Bionde

Awarded the Blue Flag for its water quality, Lido delle Bionde is considered one of the most beautiful beach sections in Sirmione alongside Jamaica Beach. The water here is especially clean. Located in the northeast of the peninsula, the beach also offers a great panorama of Sirmione and Lake Garda.

Lido delle Bionde consists of pebbles and grass, with a bathing jetty leading into the water. On-site, there are sun loungers and umbrellas to rent, a kayak and pedal boat rental, a cozy bar, and a restaurant serving pizza and homemade Italian dishes.

Spiaggia Sabbioni

One of the most popular vacation spots on the northern shore of Lake Garda is Riva del Garda. The public beach Spiaggia Sabbioni is only a five-minute walk from the old town and has everything you need for a vacation. It features a pebble beach and a wide sunbathing area, a bathing island, a beach bar, a kiosk, and a playground.

Spiaggia Sabbioni offers the best entertainment: there is a sailing school with canoe, boat, and SUP rentals, as well as a volleyball and basketball court. Several small bathing islands float in the water, and there are also a few small bars directly by the water.

The sunbathing area is located in a park with many trees and wide pebble and grass areas. A lakeside bike path runs directly in front of Spiaggia Sabbioni.

Lido Mirabello Beach

On a small peninsula that juts into Lake Garda lies Lido Mirabello Beach in Bardolino south of the old town. Due to its exceptional location, the panorama here is particularly beautiful. Many vacationers and locals come here to enjoy the view with a drink.

The beach is a good mix of green sunbathing lawn, pebble beach, and rocky areas. On-site, there is a restaurant and a bar, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas to rent. If you wish, you can also lay under the trees to enjoy the natural shade. Lido Mirabello Beach is a private beach with an entrance fee, with prices varying depending on the season.

In the east of Lake Garda, between the towns of Garda and Bardolino, La Cavalla Garda Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. The pebble beach stretches along the promenade that leads from Garda to Bardolino. Although the beach is narrow, it is known for its crystal-clear water.

Everything is available for a day at the beach: sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent, and there are several beach bars and restaurants along the promenade. Many vacationers head to La Cavalla Garda Beach because numerous trees provide plenty of shade, especially in summer.

Spiaggia d'Oro

For those who don't want to miss out on sand during their vacation at Lake Garda, head to Spiaggia d'Oro in Lazise, about a kilometer from the city center on the eastern shore. Here lies a superlative: Spiaggia d'Oro is the only beach on Lake Garda that consists entirely of sand. The beach is part of a campsite, but anyone can come to swim for a small fee.

Spiaggia d'Oro is wide and long. The water is shallow, so children can wade safely. Since there are hardly any larger pebbles in the water, it's also easy to enter the lake. On-site, there is a beach bar, a canoe and pedal boat rental, showers, and restrooms.

Spiaggia La Bosca

South of the city of Lazise on the eastern shore of Lake Garda lies Spiaggia La Bosca, often referred to as one of the most beautiful beach sections on Lago di Garda. The beach offers a good mix of sand and pebbles. The water is shallow, so smaller children can bathe safely.

Several trees on the sunbathing area provide shade. In summer, umbrellas and sun loungers are available for rent. A restaurant is right on the beach, and several kiosks, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance.

Spiaggia Lungolago

Windsurfers and kite surfers will find the perfect wave at Spiaggia Lungolago in Torbole on the northern shore of Lake Garda. The beach is very centrally located right in front of the town center and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain peaks of the pre-Alps. You can relax on a large sunbathing lawn and enter the water over a pebble beach.

In addition to a great water sports offering, there is also a beach bar and the option to rent sun loungers and umbrellas. During peak seasons, Spiaggia Lungolago is supervised. Be careful: some of the pebbles are coarse, so it's worth packing water shoes in your beach bag.

Coco Beach

For those who want to not only lounge in the sun but also party, Coco Beach in the south of Lake Garda is the place to be. Located on the outskirts of Desenzano, there are plenty of beach club and party vibes here. The beach is impressive: white sand meets green palm trees and lots of good music.

During the day, you can chill at the beach, and in the evening, Coco Beach transforms into one of the most popular party spots on Lake Garda with DJs and live music. Everything you need is available: sun loungers and umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, and restrooms. If you want, you can even have snacks and drinks delivered to your loungers.

Spiaggia La Romantica

A uniquely located beach stretches in Manerba del Garda between the Isola di San Biagio and the Isola del Garda. These are two peninsulas on the southern western shore of the lake. Due to its special ambiance, the bay has been nicknamed 'La Romantica'. The area is generally known for its panorama: Manerba del Garda boasts a coastline of about eleven kilometers.

Spiaggia La Romantica is not only known for its beauty but also for its sun-rich location. The shallow beach consists of fine pebbles and offers many trees with natural shade. On-site, there is a boat rental, and right next door, a restaurant and a bicycle rental.

Spiaggia Cola

Not a cold drink, but a marvelous beach on the west shore of Lake Garda, Spiaggia Cola in Limone sul Garda provides stunning views. The area is famous for its panorama: steep cliffs seem to drop into the water, lemons plantations, and olive groves surround it. That's why the region is also called the Riviera dei Limoni (Lemon Riviera).

Spiaggia Cola is a public beach located north of Limone's center between cliffs. It is accessible via a footpath. The beach is rather narrow, consisting of fine, light pebbles. On-site, there are sun loungers and umbrellas for rent, and a few bars and restaurants are not far away.

Lido Paina

In the east of Lake Garda, Lido Paina offers a beautiful setting: the beach in Malescine has fine pebbles that almost shimmer golden-yellow, clear turquoise-blue water, and a landmark in the background: from here, you have a great view of the Scaliger Castle, towering in the distance.

The location is practical: Lido Paina is very close to the town center and can be reached from the old town within a few minutes' walk. Just behind the beach stretches the promenade 'Lungolago Malcesine'. Here, there are several beach bars and restaurants.

Lido Cappuccini

In Peschiera del Garda, on the southern shore of Lake Garda, lies a beach with a tempting name: Spiaggia dei Cappuccini, also known as Lido Cappuccini. With about 10,000 inhabitants and an area of just over 17 square kilometers, Peschiera del Garda is one of the largest towns on Lake Garda.

Spiaggia dei Cappuccini is a fine pebble beach with turquoise-blue water, easily reachable from the town center within minutes on foot via the 'Lungolago Mazzini' promenade. Since the water is shallow at the entry point, many families and retirees love to come here. There is a beach bar on-site.

Baia Stanca

Torri del Benaco on the east shore of Lake Garda is known for an impressive Scaliger Castle. The town, whose name translates to 'The Towers of Benacus', offers one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Garda. North of the old town lies the Baia Stanca beach, which is accessible by foot via the 'Lungolago Torri del Benaco' promenade.

The beach consists of white pebbles and is surrounded by cypress trees. On-site, there is a beach bar where you can enjoy coffee, cocktails, soft drinks, and snacks. From the terrace, you have a great view of Lake Garda. In the evening, the bar turns into a party zone.
