This isn't a typical NYC mugging, but it comes down to the same. Give me your money or risk your life. While Casey does go out of his way to find some pretty absurd (and amusing) bike lane blockages, his point is dead on: ticket those making the bike lanes unsafe, not those occasionally avoiding them because they are.
