• Books are physically shipped. We gather names, email address, phone numbers, and physical addresses for this purpose. Payment is by credit card or check.
• For postings, payment is made by credit card.

New Urban Network does not share email addresses with anyone. Stringent security standards are maintained for credit card payments through a secure web payment system and a top level merchant gateway. Physical addresses may occasionally be shared with highly selective basis with parties that offer services in smart growth and urbanism.
