Gateway Planning is one of the leading firms in the country crafting and implementing form-based codes.  In 2007, Gateway Planning was awarded by the Form-Based Code Institute the Driehaus Award for the best form-based code in the country.  The following are some of the codes developed by our team to create and sustain great neighborhoods, TOD's and corridors.
