New LEED credential

A new professional credential, LEED AP for Neighborhood Development, has been introduced by the Green Building Certification Institute. The examination that applicants undergo measures their knowledge of the LEED-ND rating system and the project certification process. After carrying out a pilot program in conjunction with the Congress for New Urbanism and the National Resources Defense Council, the US Green Building Council launched the full-fledged LEED-ND program in April.
